About the Position 

As a Small Engine Technician with First Vehicle Services, you will help maintain and repair Stihl, Honda, Briggs and Stratton, Toro, John Deer, New Holland, Husqvarna, Wacker, Kubota, Yale, and enclosed Trailers to ensure readiness & safety. Other major job duties include:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Diagnose and perform all phases of equipment repair 
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately

Qualifications for Small Engine Technician

• A valid driver’s license required
• At least 5 years of small equipment, automotive, or diesel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience
• Mechanic’s toolset
• Computer skills
• Experience using maintenance documentation within Maintenance Information Systems
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Adherence to safety at all times
• Be subject to a drug test
