About the Office Clerk / Maintenance Clerk Position

As an Office / Maintenance Clerk with First, you will be responsible for keeping the fuel tanks filled as well as all reports for the fuel stations. Other Office/Maintenance clerk job duties include:

• Keep tabs on fuel levels and order fuel when necessary
• Maintain records of fuel levels, assuring there are no leaks within the tanks
• Create new drivers and fuel keys within the system
• Create treasury reports for fuel charges to Harford County departments
• Prepare Diesel fuel taxes
• Create fuel-related spreadsheets and graphs
• Respond to fuel site problems and schedule repairs

Office / Maintenance Clerk Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; Technical training preferred
• Previous office experience  and inventory experience required
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with experience using MS Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Be subject to a drug screen
