About the Location
At this location, you will help people to get out into their community, to their doctors appointments, to the store and to their classes by overseeing our maintenance department. At this location, we operate 150 Ford Transit Cutaway Vans and 20 Freightliner body on chassis medium duty buses. We use industry leading technology with Paperless shop and OEM diagnostic software. We utilize OEM training with both Ford and Cummins. We also challenge our people both Managers and Technicians, to become Master ASE certified through company paid training and company paid testing.
About the Position
As Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will supervise the maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles for Chicago Pace and University of Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that technicians are trained on current operating procedures, are properly equipped, and are motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
