The Director, HR Data and Integrations oversees the data, reports and integrations to/from the ADP payroll system. This includes but not limited to: Employee data, time-keeping data, benefits deductions and contributions. This role provides strategic direction and operational guidance to the Rewards staff and others in corporate and operations. This individual works with internal & external customers and Rewards staff to define and deliver automated solutions and interface opportunities to improve Benefits and Payroll data accuracy and efficiency whenever possible.

Major Responsibilities

Oversees accuracy and efficiency of employee data in/out of ADP EV5 system.
Works with Rewards dept staff to define and deliver data accuracy, automation and integration.
Determine and prioritize dept data process initiatives.
Lead and manage projects and participate in various in-house projects as a team member, maintain detailed project plans, monitor project budget, perform business process mapping, resolve issues, assist other project resources, communicate status, and develop & deliver on-site and remote training to users.
Develops strategies and plans to assist the Rewards/HR staff and other employees with: Serve as lead SME regarding employee data integration for acquisitions and mergers.
Possess knowledge of best practices in the Benefits/Payroll/Human Resources Data area as well as modern data management technologies and articulate potential benefit/impacts to the business. Work with the business community to implement solutions matching KPIs & best practices while understanding local/geographical/division variations. Standardize solutions or adapt as it makes sense.
Work effectively with external vendors to automate manual processes whenever possible and ensure efficient report writing.
Management of HR data team which includes: Data entry, Report writing, Tax and Data Analysis.
May write requirements documents, functional/technical specifications, and test plans. Document all work using standard methodology.
Build strong relationships with the business community and freely exchange new ideas and suggestions for improvement within the business.
Pursue continuous improvement in data quality, efficiency, application features, and performance.

Minimum Education & Certifications Required

Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT or Business related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years technical experience
Payroll software or HRIS software experience required
5+ years of Project Management experience
