First Transit is looking for Customer Service Representative to intercept pre-qualified customer calls and schedule transportation. We are seeking compassionate, driven, team-oriented people to serve our elderly and disabled customers by supporting them with transportation solutions. If you are helpful, friendly, and safety-conscious with a customer service background, we have the right career path for you! We are a drug-free environment. We do pre-employment drug testing as well as random testing.
This position is responsible for taking reservations for eligible customers of the Access-a-Ride program.
