We need full-time Customer Service Representatives in Denver, Colorado to act as a liaison for our internal/ external customers, providers, and client. We are seeking compassionate, driven, team-oriented people to serve our elderly and disabled customers by supporting them with transportation solutions. Job Purpose

This position is responsible for taking reservations for eligible customers of the Access-a-Ride program. 

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservations system
  • Complete customer reservations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide customers with information on the services provided and direct them as needed
  • Work within the RouteMatch system to accommodate trips as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment and problem solving skills
  • General knowledge of the Denver Metro area
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environment

Essential Job Functions

  • Ability to proficiently operate a computer with a keystroke speed of no less than 35 corrected words per minute
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to multitask and work well under time restraints
  • Ability to communicate clearly in the English language; foreign language proficiency beneficial
  • Ability to use a standard business telephone system for communication
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and scripts
