Job Purpose: Teaches classroom instruction for Operator Trainees, coordinates the behind the wheel training, cadetting and final exam of Operator Trainees. Provides retraining and in-service training for current Operators. Conducts monthly Safety meetings. Assists the Safety Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager as needed. Performs Road Supervisor functions when not teaching classroom or training Operators.
